Google Business Profile management for local businesses

Google Business Profile management means keeping the listing that shows on Google Maps and beside your name in search complete, accurate and active. For a local service business, that listing often decides whether someone calls you or the business above you. Most profiles we look at have the same gaps: a vague category, missing services, no photos of real work, holiday hours that were never set, and no easy way for happy customers to leave a review.

What does a tune-up fix?

We work through the same checklist we publish in our Google Business Profile checklist, but we do the work for you:

• Categories. We pick the most specific main category that fits, so you show up for the searches that bring jobs. Then we add secondary categories only for services you actually provide, as Google’s guidelines ask.
• Name, address and service area. Your name matches your sign and your ABN registration. If you travel to customers, we hide your home address and list the suburbs you really serve.
• Services, hours and description. We fill in every service, set your public holiday hours, and write a plain description of what you do, who for and where.
• Photos. You send what you’ve got from your phone. We pick, caption and upload the ones that show real work.
• Reviews. We set up your review link and a short message you can send after each job, so asking is quick.
• Tracking. We set up tracking for calls from your profile and taps on your phone number, so you can see whether the changes brought more enquiries.

How it works

1. Free audit. Send us your business details and we record a 5-minute video showing how your profile looks next to your top competitors.
2. Access. If you go ahead, you add us as a manager. You stay the owner the whole time.
3. The tune-up. We fix what’s wrong and fill in what’s missing.
4. Results you can read. Because tracking is set up as part of the tune-up, you can see calls and clicks from your profile from then on.

Tune-up or monthly care?

The $350 tune-up is a one-off, and it’s where we suggest most businesses start. It costs the least, it can show results within weeks, and it shows us what else is worth fixing.

A profile goes stale if nobody looks after it, so a Local Growth plan (from $450 a month) keeps it active. We post updates, send review requests, check that your listings on the main directories still match, and send you an easy-to-read report every month. There’s no lock-in: billed month by month, cancel any time, no break fees.

We’re not registered for GST, so there’s no GST on top of these prices.
